Initial contact & understanding your needs
We agree the project's objectives, scope and your expectations, then gather and analyse data to understand root causes: collaborative, involving interviews and analysis.
Solution formulation & implementation
We design and deliver the agreed solution, or support your teams to deliver it, with the evaluation method built into the delivery stage.
Evaluation and transition
Together we review effectiveness, then focus on sustainability: handing over full responsibility to you, with a final report or follow-up checks.
